Hutson earned his bachelors degree in theater design from Central Michigan University and continued his education by earning his masters in business administration from Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Clayton spent time learning about the industry working for other management companies. After he gained enough experience, he set out to create his own niche and start his own company.
